Why have you not responded to my THREE emails regarding item I purchased from you through Amazon?The umbrella you sent me has 2 of the same pieces for the base. According to instructions, the pieces should not be identical and they won't fit together.

It's now June and I'm unable to set up my umbrella. PLEASE respond.

Hairdressing chair.

Our salon purchased a chair from you through Amazon on Oct 12th 2017. We did not realize that the pump would be so short!

I am 5'7" and it does not pump high enough. I have to bend and slouch to do children and short people. I/we would like to rerurn rhis and purxhase another one with a higher hydraulic pump. The purchaser's name was Rachel Spakowski, Changes Hair Salon, 247 A Boston Post Rd East Lyme, CT.

Im not pissed, lol.

Would just like to return it. I do not have the box.
